About the Board
2022-2023

President

Mishka Nobel will be serving as the FRCA President between July 2022 - July 2024. She is also involved in the Forest Ranch Women's Club and the Forest Ranch Lions Club. Her day job is working as a Data Management Analyst for CamelBak. Her daughter attends the Forest Ranch Charter School.

Vice-President

David Mitchell is serving as Vice-President for the between July 2023 - July 2025. He is a dedicated Company 24 Fire Department volunteer, and his son attends the Forest Ranch Charter School.

Secretary

Nancy Bacon has transitioned from the position of Treasurer to Secretary for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. Her long-standing service to the community continues to support the ongoing operations of the FRCA.

Treasurer

Heather Alexis-Childs transitioned from Secretary to Treasurer for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. She is an Accounting Manager, active community member, and mother. Her youngest attends the Forest Ranch Charter School.
